Ed Campbell

Managing Partner

Ed Campbell is a serial entrepreneur and a real estate investor from the age of 19 when he acquired his first no approval assumption property. He went on to complete medical school and become a board certified anesthesiologist. All the while being active in real estate investing. He ramped up property acquisition throughout the real estate drought in 2009-2011 in multiple states and internationally. Completing many investment cycles since and returns for himself and investors at very favorable multiples. He continues to invest in single and multi-family commercial properties and is excited to open his investments to others.

Fayez Rumi

Managing Partner

Fayez Rumi is a both a CFA Charterholder and a CAIA Charterholder. His experience ranges from managing 20% of all expenses through an IPO for a high-growth tech firm to creating a rebranding strategy for a small-cap public company. His role as the CFO of a behavioral health agency introduced him to the need for real estate to address our nation’s growing homelessness crisis. He leverages his experiences and skills from all these areas to design creative real estate strategies that deliver safe yet outstanding returns to investors.

Communication

Newsletters will be distributed to all investors on a quarterly basis, showing the status of value-add projects, dynamics in the local market, and the current performance of the assets. Investors will be able to freely communicate with the managing team to ask any questions and to provide feedback.

Grind

You are our partner whether you are an investor or broker. We do not force deals. We are stewards of your time and precious capital. We are the hardest workers in the room. We chase down every little detail. While it’s necessary to make assumptions in deal creation, we make them conservative. Our goal is to close on good deals for our investors by being decisive in every step of our acquisition process.
